Big feelings aren’t easy: Meet our brave dogs

It’s not always easy being a dog in a human world. So many things just don’t make sense. Here, we want to recognize the brave dogs we work with. They are battling against their anxieties and learning to trust again. We have watched them grow and learn on their journeys and we are honored to be a part of their lives. Give a round of applause for these brave pups!

Meet Lucy

We love Lucy! Lucy is a sweet girl who is conquering her fears at the vet. She is doing so well with her cooperative care training and we’re proud of all the progress she has made. Way to be brave, Lucy!

Meet Sokka

Sokka is a sensitive soul and has a wonderful smile. He spent a few weeks with us to work on his fear of other dogs. We were so impressed with how much progress he made in such a short timeframe. Way to face your fears, Sokka!

Meet Cooper

Cooper knows how to wiggle and make everyone smile. While he is always down for a good time, Cooper struggled with big feelings around other dogs. He worked very hard to conquer his fears and has made so much progress. He’s even made some dog friends along the way! Way to be a rock star, Cooper!

Meet Gracie

Gracie has just started her journey with us and is making tremendous strides. She’s smart and loves to play her training games with her mom. She’s learning that people aren’t so scary. Keep up all the amazing work, Gracie!
